As many people say, mirror tells no lie. They believe in what the mirror tells them. It's ok if it's something positive, but it's really a chaos if it's something negative. This mentality has already sink your confidence into deep deep shit! It's something like you are saying that "I am going to die" before the war and that's how you die awfully later on. Frankly speaking, there are actually less than 10% of people in the society are fully confident and most of the 10% are politicians. This is reason on why they can rule you but not you who rule them.

The another point is about physical appearance. 10 girls come to you and there will surely be more than 7 are actually complaining about themselves. Nothing is strange when it comes to guys nowadays. That's why there are many skin care products in the market are specially for guys as well. But the fact is "No one is perfect in this world!".

Self-confidence is something which you need to fight for yourself and no one can give it to you. Like just now, you said that "I am going to die" in the war. Your mentality has already presume that you will die in the war, that's why you will never succeed. That's why in psychological aspect, the first thing that you need to do before you encounter a problem is to be mentally well-prepared. Fight against yourself first before encountering any problems.
