Second Job for Extra Cash Online

Phew.. With the increase cost of living and our thoughtful deputy minister who encourage us to go for a second job, here are some suggestions which I would like to share with you guys which you can work at home! Don't worry, all is workable because I have tried them all! It's just that you need to put in extra effort to get your pay!

1. Online Business

Online shopping is getting very popular nowadays. People can easily shop online with a "click" at many websites with no boundaries such as Alibaba.com, Taobao.com, Lazada.com etc, from clothing to car and houses, with many varieties to choose from and the best prices can be compared with many other retailers. So opening an online store can be a good option but it can be challenging as well! The bad part is that you might need a little amount of fund to set up your store and get your store on track. If you do not work hard to sell your stock, you will make losses rather than gaining profits!

If you are free, just visit our online store at LittleTomatoCloset on Facebook!

2. Online Typing

Online typing is a free and easy job. You will earn if you type, you will not lose anything even if you do not do anything! You can work day to night and even 7-days a week. I have joined MegaTypers for the past few months and it's going well. I get paid when my fund hits a certain amount and the fund will be automatically transferred into my Paypal account. So to get started, it's best for you to have a Paypal account so that the earnings can be transferred directly into your account. And when you register, make sure that you key in the invitation code B2DC to get recruited for this job. No upfront fee is required!

3. Doing Online Survey

There are a numbers of online survey website do pay you well if you complete a survey with them. After a minimum payment is achieved (after completing a certain numbers of surveys), you can withdraw the funds via cheque payment, transfer into your Paypal account or exchange for some shopping vouchers. And one more good thing is that no upfront fee is required. Earnings sorely depends on the number of survey given to you. Suggested website are as following:

Ipanel Online - http://my.ipanelonline.com/panel/index
Global Tesmarket - https://www.globaltestmarket.com/

4. Blogging

This is exactly what I'm doing now, blogging! Blogging can be a part-time job and you can work on this anytime and anywhere. It's the same as online typing and doing online survey which have very minimal risk of losing any money! But you need to have the creativity to attract readers to visit your blog or else it will be a waste of time!

So what are you waiting for! Start finding for a second job to your extra pocket money! =)

Enjoy and happy new year!

我最讨厌吝啬,计较,贪小便宜的人

Huh.. I am going to kick those 2 lazy fellows from my house soon! I wouldn't ever want to see them appearing in my house anymore! Time to say "no more dirty toilet" and "no more spilled garbage" because the 2 big rubbish will be sent to the "main garbage center".... finally! Hee.. Time to stay back and live a peaceful life.

Flipping through the monthly calender every month, it's almost coming to the end of the year without realising! Coming month is going to be my third year in Sabah and my close friends around me are getting lesser. I am really happy for those who got back to their hometown after leaving their comfort zone and being independent for at least 1 year in foreign land. By doing such, at least we know that it is not easy to live with people outside. So it is either you adapt to them or they adapt themselves to you! For me, I have my own conclusion. Never ever find someone who is stingy, calculative and someone who always like to take advantage of you as your housemate! That's all for now..

Enjoy and have a nice day..

New Year with New Resolution

When it comes to new year, I guess most people will be posting something about the new revolution. Without the doom's day in 2012, everyone is getting back on track to continue to live in 2013 and so on! Perhaps the next predicted "end of the world" would be in 3012 (I guess)... =D Oh no, that's so long to go! Just leave it behind and I think I should have my own revolution as well.

To me, 2012 was a very boring year. Haiz. I have not achieve a lot of things which I wanted to achieve. Future stays stagnant but I grew one year older, just wasted one whole year in Sabah. "I am where I was last year!" Perhaps I should plan something for my future this time and be a more matured adult rather than being a childish and playful guy!   Agree?!!!!

Ok, 50 minutes past 12 MN. Time to get on the bed for a New Year dream.

Happy New Year and have a nice holiday!

What It Takes To End 2011: Part 2

The toughest time when I reached here (at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah) was when I have no ideas about what was going to happen the next day. It might be a surprise or it can also be a last-minute heart attack. Just an example, the landlord cancelled the rent for a room just 30 minutes before shifting in. Phew. Luckily, my friend and I have another back-up room, or else we would be sleeping by the street until we get one. Anyway, it was a very good experience in the real world. I guess I have learnt not to trust people so easily, strangers are always strangers. No doubt that TRUST is always not reliable. Now, I prefer something more concrete. Perhaps everything should be stated in BLACK & WHITE especially when it comes to money matters.

As for the new working life, every single word in the lecture notes really matters! Now, I have to more be careful in every decision that I make because a patient’s life is in my hand. It is not the time to regret for not putting much effort in studying last time. Now, I have to go forward. Just before I am a fully qualified pharmacist, I guess to need to put on more stress onto myself, make the learning process tougher, so that I am fully equipped before I can handle every single patient with confidence. At the work place, I try my best to keep myself in the neutral party and to mix with every colleague. I hate politics! I hate groupings! Just be myself and mix with everyone, but this doesn’t apply to doctors! Oops…. =p

So, I guess all of my wishes in year 2011 came true. But unfortunately, my friends’ wishes to me were not granted. I guess I am still enjoying the single life now and I don’t think that I will put in any effort in finding my soul-partner. It is a bit too early for me; perhaps more pressure comes when more of my friends are getting married.

Enjoy and have a happy new year! =)

What It Takes To End 2011: Part 1

As everyone says, “There must be a new resolution for a new year!” But we must also put an end (of course some sort of summaries) for 2011! Though 2011 ended just like that but there are still a lot of things to mention of.

Definitely I can still remember what happened during the first month of the year. It was my last semester at the university and everything happened just like that. *pop* just like that. With lectures almost everyday, outings with friends and family, self studying in the library, clerkship attachment at one of the busiest hospital in Malaysia and so many more, and my 5 months passed just like that. Then, the final exam came and result was released, so came my graduation day. Wow, it feels good when I recall this. I can still remember the day when I wore my graduation gown and put on my mortar board, the moment when I entered the convocation hall was magnificent. With every friends which I fought the war together at the battlefield (exam), everything was perfect. I wish that everyday was like that, but...... So, that ended my last part of the studying process. Hmm.. I still have no idea whether I will put on the gown again in the future. =)

Though it was a good ending for my studying process, but it was a sad day to say Good-bye to many friends. “Friends are passengers in life, they do come and go” After going the tough days together at the university, it was time to spread out all over Malaysia, to dig out what we have learnt to help and serve the community. So, I guess I have started to enter another stage of life! The WORKING LIFE. But before that, my friends and I had many meet-ups to bid our farewell.  For every outing or gatherings, I would say to myself that “This is not going to be my last one with everyone”. Perhaps I have this thought was because I have set my mind to come to Sabah since long time ago. And now, I got what I want but I must be strong emotionally and mentally to stay positive.

Definitely there was always a price to pay, which was I have to stay away from my family and friends…

End of Studying Life

Continue in Part 2.

Motivation to Continue

Sometimes I find that finding motivations to continue at a foreign land is really important, it can really give you the desire to stay at that place for a long time. Just few days back, I was packing my luggage bag and I found that I have not went for blood donation for quite some time already. So I just put my red booklet (record book for blood donation) into my pocket and went to work. Upon reaching at the hospital at 2pm, someone suddenly requested the working staffs to go for blood donation because there is an urgent need of blood supply at the ICU ward. Well, I guess it was God's will.

My reward after donating blood

My first blood donation at HQE

And, I am very glad to serve this community because they really appreciate me and my colleagues hard fought efforts. Thanks.

Enjoy and have a nice day.

Day of Obligation

Finally, I am leaving my job at the university to seek for greener pasture! After leaving the job, it's time to spend my remaining time left in KL wisely perhaps for about 2 weeks. This is going to be my first time leaving behind heavy loads of memories and have no idea about when I will be back. Anyway, ......

Today and tomorrow are the important days for me as well as others who have the same faith. It's always All Saints' Day on every first of Nov and All Souls' Day on the second for the Catholics. Since many years ago, my mum bought me a book "Lives of Saints". This was the only book that I have finished from the first to the last page. And when we talk about Saints, many would know that they are the Holy Ones. So what motivates me to continue reading was actually how they lived their life in holiness. How they inspired me was really important because it makes me to become useful person in the society. Not only that, there is always miracles among the Saints. I believe many people would have heard about the mummies, but how about the "Incorruptible"? It may come to your surprise when you discover the truth about why their body can be preserved for many hundreds of years!

And when it comes to All Souls, it is the day where we pay our visit to the graveyards. To remember our loved ones is really important because without them, it would be without us living here on earth eventually. It is virtually the same as Ching Ming for the Buddists and First day of Raya for the Muslims. Besides, we may also share some memories and gather with the people whom we do not often meet e.g. relatives. True? So visiting the graveyards is not merely just about visiting the graveyards! =)

Looks like it's time for me to figure out what to pack from today onward! Cheers and have fun!

Nostradamus Predictions

Nothing is challenging in my life now. Not even 10% of brain is working everyday. Just myself to blame for being too naive to trust those empty promises and left myself jobless for a few months already. Anyway, I waste no time for my future plannings. Learning something which I have not learn before, and I must really make sure that I don't work for money in the future but Money must work for me! I can't draw out my targets now because it will be very messy if I do it now as I have too many targets to achieve. Be patient, Man!

"Rain, rain go away,
come again another day;
little children, little children,
little children want to play.."

It has been raining and raining for days already. On one side of story, people are saying that it is going to be end of the world but my mum says, "It is going to be All Souls' Day, and that's why it is raining everyday." Ok, fine! I prefer to trust my own scientific/ geographical assumptions (perhaps knowledge) that the climate has changed. But anyway, I am not sure how many people have heard about Nostradamus, the prophecy. I guess he was once famous again during the 9/11 attack about 10 years back. I got to know this name when I saw a documentary about him on the Discovery Channel few months back. It was quite interesting to know how others actually relate his quatrains to a series of historical events, for examples earthquakes, wars, floods, invasions, droughts battles etc. But is this really true?

I dare not say much about him but the idea of 21st December 2012 actually came from him. So it is up to you to believe it or not?! Perhaps you can spend some free time to google Nostradamus predictions and know more about him. Just some general knowledge for you!

Sometimes, it is really interesting to see the sky. Captured it with my hand-phone at about 5 something in the evening.

Enjoy and have a nice day...

Online Shopping

Sad to say that humans are sometimes so ignorant that you would want to flush their heads down into the toilet bowl. Though everyone in this country has the freedom of speech but everyone too has their limitations to accept certain opinions on certain issues. I hope that I am the one who can stand strong on my stand and not easily influenced by others. Seeing these morons arguing and criticizing on a forum is really unacceptable. Perhaps I should call it as a debate rather than a forum!!

Nowadays, people are so busy that they don't even have time for a good meal during breaks. None the less, I guess many people are spending much lesser time at shopping centers and starting to go for online shopping for convenience sake. Besides, with these social e-commerce companies which are growing like mushrooms after the rain giving out tempting offers, definitely more people will be attracted to buy stuffs which are priced much lower than the actual market price. But as you observe, most of the deals are mainly to promote something which is new in the market. Not only that, they actually want you to be aware of these and promote   to others once you have tried it. Alright, so that's the good point of online shopping.

But the bad part is many people are involved in your buying decision. For example, they will put in 101% of effort to criticize something which they don't like it or they have bad perception about it. Like something which happened recently, many people were actually provoked by the minorities (who doesn't want to watch the movie) when this movie was on screened and then they came up with this "Go and watch the movie "Nasi Lemak 2.0" first before you criticize"! Haha. Just like I always like to say, "You wouldn't know if you don't try!" When we talk about "Early adopters", they are either daring enough to try new things or they always want to be "updated" and be with the trend. But most people are actually "Early or Late majority" whereby they will only buy and support the product when they are really stable in the market. It is alright if everyone keeps their mouth shut but it is a havoc when the majority starts criticizing and influence the purchasing decision of an early adopter.

Sometimes people do not realize how ignorant they (the majorities) are but hopefully they can respect others' decision. I hate the most when they say, "Cannot expect more for a cheap china brand tablet." but the vendor replied "The brand NXXXXXX is registered in the United States. Adidas, Nike and some other famous brand are also made in China but they are of good quality." And another one from my friend....

Haha. So don't be easily influenced by others if you have done your on research in the market. Trust your own instinct to buy and take it as a lesson when it really goes wrong. Enjoy and have a nice day..

Based On Trust

I have been going for job hunting for the past 2 weeks and hopefully it will be a fruitful one in this coming third week. Good luck to me! I think most of my friends are still wondering when is going to be their real job going to come...

Hmmm.. My mum will always screw me when I say "Based on Trust". Because whenever anyone (even my sisters) asks me for something, I will normally fulfill what they wish most of the time without considering any other things. For example, money! Perhaps that's the reason I am so poor always! @.@ Maybe my mum just doesn't want me to be too naive to people around me at this age. But to me, TRUST is always the main pointer to become good friends or to build a good relationship. But once the trust is broken, that's the end for a friendship because FAITH is no longer exist within the individuals. Besides, it can also be directed to some groups or structures other than individuals. So, that's why people always say "A relationship is easy to build but it's always difficult to maintain"! Do you agree?!

Oh ya, negative income for me! But I still have "something" to add into my collections... This year's issues from England!

Enjoy and have a nice weekend...

The World of Technology

I really didn’t expect that the match between Man United and Arsenal could end in such a way. It was really humiliating to see the much weakened Arsenal team lost 8-2 to the in-form Man United. Anyway, I think the teams that can possibly break down the Man United defence now are Man City and Liverpool. Do you agree with me?!

Nowadays, Digital Single-Lens Reflex (DSLR) camera is becoming one of the hot items among the youngsters and perhaps some adults too. Because everyone is now emphasising more on taking quality pictures rather than blur pictures. And various functions provided in a DSLR can really add in some spices to the pictures which a normal digital couldn’t, for example the light capturing, focusing and many others. Not only that, the technique of taking a good picture and the angle too must be at the tip of your fingers. That’s why a professional photographer needs a DSLR to give their best shots!

But sadly, 7 out of 10 people who hold a DSLR do not really know how to use it to perfection! They don’t even know the basic stuff e.g. ISO, the function of shutter speed, the aperture size etc. And the funniest part is that they use the AUTO mode rather than the MANUAL mode to capture pictures. Ok, not only I who observe this, but my friends too! So, why this “kids” want to spend so much and wanting badly to have a DSLR mainly is because “Just for the fun!” Besides, I think they might feel better to have something big hanging around their neck so that everyone can observe that they are using a DSLR. Hmm... I guess you can get what I mean when you go to these PC fairs or Motor Shows! Anyway, these people are just wasting their money to take normal pictures which a normal digital camera can take too!

Phew… It is really making harder for people to find good professional photographers nowadays. Because you can easily get people taking similar quality of pictures as these so-called professional photographers. That’s why you must now really know how good the skill of these people is before paying them for your photos.

Enjoy and have a nice day.

Does An Occupation Really Matters?

Wow, I like this new blog format! Glad that the "undo" button is finally here! Ha-ha...

So what do I have for this week? Meeting friends, going to church, watching EPL matches, movie online or cinema and so many other stuff, but spending quality time with family on weekends is always the most important activity as compared to others! I will definitely have a mixed of feelings if I am told to work at somewhere which is far away from KL. I will miss the people around me but I will not miss the place! Anysomehow, I got to be back here one day because this is where I belong to...

Most of the time, I really have weird ideas or opinions as compared to my friends. When you were asked what type of workers in the world makes you appreciate more than the others! I guess most people will say the construction workers (because they built our shelters) or the doctors (because they keep us away from sickness) and bla bla bla.... But mine is actually the garbage collectors! I know you must be laughing over there. =p So let's spend some time and think about them. Actually without them, you will never have a clean environment to stay. Ok, maybe you can have better waste management! Not only that, they actually need a lot of courage to take up this challenge e.g. social discrimination and this is what I salute them most. You know, people are like that! They hate "dirty" people. Me too the same! But what choice do they have if people around them have this kind of mentality?! Do you mean that they should live in a live with no family, no outings for them and just stay at home only if there is no work?! I even saw people giving them a big bag of garbage instead of some snacks to them during festive season! Swt-.-" to the MAX!

They are humans too! Without them, you will be living in the world of rubbish. I used to give them a smile every morning when I see them passed by my house. Hope you can do so! They too need some dignity and recognition for their fantastic work. Hmm. So how about be a friend with them?! Ha-ha. I think it's time for you to reflect on this. So does an occupation really matters? Treat everyone out them the same! Even there is any great people's son, they too the same! Because GOD made everyone the SAME!

Enjoy and have a nice weekend...

Sower, Seed and Soil

I was wondering, "what if I can't get Sabah for my posting". Instead of Sabah, I got HKL. Then it is really an O... M... G...

Life wasn't that easy for these few weeks. I need to work for extra working hours nearly everyday for the past 2 weeks and I am still unsure whether I will get paid for the extra working hours. It's ok. My mum just said that take it as part of your learning experience and don't worry too much about the amount on the pay-slip at the end of the month. Moreover, this is not going to be my long term job which is suitable to earn for a living. Anyway, I am already counting down the days. 6 more days to go and hopefully I am not soft-hearted to extend my working period here.

Oya, I have something to share out. Just a wonderful reflection from my parish priest 2 weeks ago.. It was all about a sower, seed and soil. We, as humans are always the sowers whereas the seeds are what we want to deliver to other people. And the soil is about the surrounding. While I was blogging about this, I think I should use happiness as the seeds as an example because my priest actually use good news from the bible as the seeds. "If we (sowers) are able to plan good seeds (happiness) onto good soil (surrounding), I am pretty sure that we are able to produce good crops (people around us)." So how true is this?! One very common or perhaps a very good example is about influence from the parents since young. Just got lucky to get a very good video clip from Youtube. Check this out..

This is really worth for reflecting ourselves sometimes. Just spend about 10 minutes and think about this. Enjoy and have a nice day.

From Real to Fake for Money

I am so glad that the home internet connection is back to normal finally. I really hope that the person who stole the telephone cable get his "rewards" after being cursed and swear by me for so many days. But the bad thing is that it is time to work even though it is after working hours. Soob soob
.
While I was driving to the university yesterday morning, there was an accident happened. Unfortunately, it was a fatal accident. I saw one dead body lied at the road side with a lot of busy-bodies were surrounding it. To me, this is nothing to me already because I have seen something even worse than this many years back. Anyway, how badly hurt was not my concern. But what concerned me is that how are his/her family members going to react to this situation. Whenever I see this kind of situation or even an ambulance passes by, I will say a little prayer for that person. Hopefully, God answers all my prayers.

When it comes to prayers and offerings, it reminds me something while I was in Bangkok. Just a small sum of offerings, blessings will be showered upon you. At that point of time, I believe that they are real religious men who do the job. But if you are in KL, you can hardly trust them. I have heard many stories about fake religious men going around streets and asking for donations. This secret was actually already busted by quite a number of media many years ago but there were still people fall into this trap. They can afford a Rolex, taking taxi travelling to different streets and even can afford to eat luxurious food. But why do you still want to give them money? Actually the problem is with them, they acted too real in the way we can hardly differentiate them from the real one.

I know that to advise to stop giving is a big big wrong, but what we can hope is that who do we offer is always real. Please don't get me wrong, it is not about prejudism towards a certain religion because it has nothing to do with any religion. These people are just normal people who want to earn money by using God's name. So, just an advice. Please be careful with these people.

And I got my new camera already. Hopefully, I can have some pictures next time...

Enjoy and have a nice day.

This Is Not Going To Be The End..

This is really my first time to have birthday gatherings for 4 consecutive days! It's 4 days!! Though it was tiring, but I am really thankful and really really appreciate every moment with my family and all my friends because I am not sure whether we are able to meet up for such gatherings in near future or not but definitely it is a MUST!

I have such feelings for the past 6 months already and I enjoyed myself during every meet-ups to the max. It all started since last year's Christmas or perhaps it should be the Team Building Camp. I know that I will not be able to gather with everyone for Christmas and Easter again or other significant events and celebrations if I so happened to be posted to somewhere far. Anyway, no one knows what will be happening for the coming 2 months.

I know that I will not be meeting most of my coursemates anymore but I will make sure that I will try my best to keep in touch with as many as I can! It is just the beginning to test on our friendship! I guess it will be much more challenging than keeping in touch with my primary or secondary schoolmates because we are really far apart this time.

Sorry to say that it will be quite lengthy to acknowledge everyone over here but sincerely deep within my heart, I will never forget anyone including lecturers too! I am pretty sure that it is really hard to say Good-bye after every meet-ups, so try to hold on your tears and telling yourself that "This is not going to be our last gathering!" And hopefully it is not going to be someone's wedding when the next time we meet up!

Just a very nice video to share! I still remember that many of my friends shed their tears when this song was played during a farewell party for one of my beloved lecturer. My Wish!

Enjoy and have a nice day! Please keep in touch via facebook or blogs, friends! I will try my best to update everything often and please update about yourselves to me as well!! Cheers!

Naked Truth

A brand new day with McD breakfast before my paediatric clerkship started is simple perfect!
.
Hmm. I actually felt so pity for those kids who were in the ward this morning. As compared to those kids which my mum babysits, these were far more unfortunate. Anyway, this is not going to be my concern for today because there are some other topics related to kids are far more important. I remembered that there was a very interesting article about the "modernised" teenagers, or perhaps I should call them as kids (not matured enough for me to call them as teenagers). Can you imagine when your friends show you some naked girls' pictures and claim that those are their girlfriends? First thing that came into my mind is "SHIT"! Please take it seriously, because this is reaally happening in Malaysia as well and those kids were as younger as 11 years old. Both parties to be blamed. The males are not ethical and this is really immoral; whereas the females are dump enough to give their naked pictures to the males as to please them, what? based on TRUST! Or perhaps the blame should be put on the parents?

With years of religious or moral studies, these are just easily flung out of their brain and it is really not difficult to screw in some concepts of westernisation to replace them. What I can say is that the mental status for kids is getting worse and now reaching an alarming state. But parents know nothing about this, instead they are putting more pressure on them. Do you think sending your kids to extensive tuition classes, art, music, drawing or dancing classes can prevent them from getting involved in these unhealthy activities? You are really wrong about it! Can you assure that your kids will not skip these classes when they know what is 'ponteng'? Don't judge me by looking how I look, I admit that I had "ponteng" classes ILLEGALLY when I was still in primary. Anyway, I think the way that can work the best is spending quality time with them.

Next is that, kids especially girls (again) are too naive and assume that "LOVE IS EVERYTHING"! I remember something about this 15 years old girl that I met at the hair saloon, she told the aunty "I don't feel like studying already because I plan to come out and work, perhaps getting married with the guy that I am with now!" OMG I really have no comment about this. I don't mind if everything turns out fine for her, present and the future! But what if the guy dumps her, maybe 2 years later. I can definitely say she will become a single mum if she happens to have a kid and most probably committing suicide if she doesn't have a kid. Full stop* Anyway, you might take it very lightly because it is quite common nowadays. But please don't torture the policeman to pick up crops.

Really worth to think about!
.
Enjoy and have a nice day!

Dignity.....

I am back to the futsal court finally after having been missing for 3 weeks in action. My stamina was really bad and I can hardly cope up with the intense game. Anyway, it was a good game, fair play! My team scored more than our oponents.

For the past 1 week, I have learnt something very meaningful. Something which I don't really know how to explain! Different people has different dream to achieve in life. My dream is always to cater myself to everyone around me if possible and make everyone happy as well. Ha-ha. How about yours? I am sure many of us are capable of achieving our goals in life. But unfortunately, I have met the minorities who are unable to achieve what they want to achieve in their life in the hospital.

When I had my very first step into the psychiatric ward, I have already tensed myself up. Can you imagine? You are actually meeting strangers among strangers in the ward. Because when I ask them "Where are your friends in the ward?", they will defintiely asnwer, " I have no friends here because I have no mental disorders at all." See, no point being friends with them. They may eventually forget about you the next day. But one thing that I know is that we must learn how to respect them. As what my preceptor said, "Don't ever pronounce schizophrenia as schizo!" Help them whenever they need help because they God's creature as well, but just the unfortunate one! But the saddest part is that some family members do not want to take the patient back. Anyway, it is not up to me to decide whether it is right or wrong.

Remember! No matter how the people around become in the future, treat them well and don't let them alone. Leaving them alone will make things even worse and you just killing their life off without a purpose.
Enjoy and have a nice weekend!

To Be Naive Or To Trust?

I had quite a good conversion topic with my friends just now. We were just discussing something about future investments. How can you spend your 1 buck and earn back at least 1.5 times in return. Isn't it interesting? As everything in KL is getting more expensive, from houses to lands, cars and even food, everyone is facing this problem because when the price for everything increases, the salary still remain the same. Full stop!

Your life can be interesting when you have a lot of friends. And your life can be more interesting when you are cheated by your friend because of money. Actually, the lesson here is that, don't ever become a guarantor for your friends even though both of you are really close to each other. I have really heard many news about this and I think that everyone should really consider this seriously. When you say, I can become a guarantor for my friend because of trust. So I can say that very likely that you will become the person who pays back their loan. When it comes to money matter, you should trust no one unless you are filthy rich and you have no place to spend your money.

As you grow older, you must always realise that the society is actually a very realistic community. You can't survive without a single cent. Some people just don't mind to lose a friend because of their own benefit because they think that they can find back a friend to replace back. Just a real life example, XXX have to mortgage his house because of trusting his friend too much. I have heard that the debt is simply unbearable and he is now facing financial problems because he can't find a way to pay back his friend's debt to the bank. He might lose his house if he can't find a solution to it. As simple as that! Anyway, it is up to you to be naive (to trust) or not to trust when it comes to this kind of situations. The consequences may be as bad as what I have described.

A lesson is for you to learn and share!

Enjoy and have a nice day!
